Incredibly decorative foliage, turning vibrant hues of orange / red when exposed to high levels of sunlight.

Striking leaves with irregular / rough leaf margins and glorious dark venation, measuring up to 15cm x 9cm. Central vein on the underside of the leaf is a dark purple colour. Foliage becomes hard with maturity.

Blooms: Reflexed, glossy cream flowers with purple/red tips, up to 10mm across, with cream corona. Up to 30 flowers per umbel. Fragrant. Clear nectar. Flowers last for up to 2 days.
Sun exposure: Medium to bright indirect light. Requires humid, warm growing conditions.
Water requirement: Prefers well-drained potting mix. Water less in winter.
Maintenance: Low. Fertilise in growing period.
Special note: WAOL permitted. From the finlaysonii complex of Hoyas. A strong grower.
