Wow! Just wow! This beauty excels – flowers and foliage truly outstanding.

Smooth leaves in light green, measuring 12cm x 5cm, with pointed tips, turning gorgeous tones of red in high levels of light. Thick stems do best with good support.

Blooms: Exceptionally lovely flowers; strongly pubescent, star-shaped and yellow-orange in colour, measuring 20mm, with violet-centred, lighter yellow corona. Up to 30 flowers per umbel. Sweet vanilla fragrance. Flowers last up to 9 days.
Sun exposure: Fabulous in bright, indirect light.
Water requirement: Water well then allow to dry out in between. This species enjoys misting. Water less in winter.
Maintenance: Low. Half strength doses of fertiliser in growing period.
Special note: WAOL permitted. Full name - Hoya flavida 'Mt Gallego Solomon Is' IML 0118. Intermediate hoya: best suited to temperatures between 15-35C.
