Gorgeous must-have hoya!
A relatively slow growing climber. Hard, shiny green leaves with obvious venation, measuring 12cm x 6cm.
Blooms: Reflexed mauve-pink flowers, up to 15mm in diameter, with plum-centred purple corona. Up to 30 flowers per umbel. Beautiful night fragrance. Flowers last up to 7 days.
Sun exposure: Flowers well in lots of bright, indirect light.
Water requirement: Water thoroughly and allow to dry out. Prefers well-drained mix. Water less in winter.
Maintenance: Low. Half strength doses of fertiliser in growing period.
Special note: WAOL permitted. Full name - Hoya aldrichii Christmas Is. IML 1418. A rare and beautiful Australian native.
