A MUST-HAVE for the collector!

Sensational blooms! Thick, fleshy, emerald green leaves measuring 9cm x 4.5cm. Leaves and vines are lightly felted. Fast-growing.

Blooms: Very striking, star-shaped dark-maroon flowers measuring 45-50mm in diameter. Outer part of corolla is fawn/light brown in colour. Corona is golden yellow. Up to 10 flowers per umbel. Strong musky perfume. Flowers can be quite variable in colour.
Sun exposure: Best grown in a warm, sheltered position with bright, indirect lighting and humidity.
Water requirement: Periods of dryness work best. Prefers well-drained, open mix. Water less in winter.
Maintenance: Low. Fertilise in growing period.
Special note: Collector’s Number 89. WAOL permitted. An eriostemma native to Australia (Cape York). Intermediate hoya: tolerates temperatures between 15-35C but prefers to be wintered indoors.
