Auction participants must reside in Australia.
Residents from quarantine States & Territories (Western Australia, Tasmania and the Northern Territory) must contact us prior to bidding for information regarding our recommended plant concierge service providers.
Bids can only be placed by persons who have logged into their Store account.
The auction permits proxy bidding, giving bidders the option to set a maximum price that they would be willing to pay for an item and then allow the computer system to bid for them by the bid increment until someone places a higher bid than their maximum.
The winning bidder will be notified by email and provided with a payment link which is valid for 24 hours.
Unpaid auction items are automatically relisted after 24 hours.
Auction items will be shipped on the next closest Monday to avoid additional time spent in the post.
Hoya Store Australia will assume responsibility for registering each auction item for ‘Signature on Delivery’ with Australia Post prior to shipping.
If auction item is not as specified in the description, Hoya Store Australia will pay return Express postage and issue a full refund.
If auction item is as specified but the winning bidder is unhappy with the item and would like a refund, they must return the item via Express post at their own expense.
