Collector’s must-have!
Elongated leaves that are hard and leathery with dark edges, wonderful venation and bold splash, measuring up to 17cm x 11cm. Pubescent on the underside. Leaves exposed to the sun become richly red.
Blooms: Delightful, reflexed star-shaped flowers in greenish-yellow hues, measuring 10mm, with pastel pink corona. Up to 30 flowers per umbel. Very lightly perfumed. Flowers last for up to 5 days.
Sun exposure: Prefers bright indirect light. Loves heat and humidity.
Water requirement: Do not overwater. Prefers well-drained, open mix. Water less in winter.
Maintenance: Low. Fertilise in growing period.
Special note: A superb Hoya sp. Laos x Hoya vitellina hybrid. Intermediate hoya: best suited to temperatures between 15-35C.
