Glorious foliage!

Dark green narrow leaves up to 9cm x 2cm, with deep crease down the centre and dark leaf margins. New growth throws richly red in sunshine.

Blooms: Fuzzy spherical flowers in maroon/purple colour, measuring 9mm, with darker purple corona. Up to 30 flowers per umbel. Nectar producing. Sweet butterscotch perfume. Flowers last up to 6 days.
Sun exposure: Prefers plenty of bright indirect light.
Water requirement: Prefers well-draining mix. Water less in winter.
Maintenance: Low. Fertilise in growing period.
Special note: WAOL permitted. Full name - Hoya wayetii Philippines IML 1540. Warm hoya: best suited to temperatures between 21-35C.
