Hoya 'Sunrise' H178

A delightful cultivar, famous for its glorious shades of orange / crimson foliage in response to high levels of sunlight. Deep red / purple tones on the underside. Trailing teardrop leaves measuring 9cm x 3cm.

Blooms: Strongly reflexed, pubescent flowers in shades of pink-yellow-gold, spherical, measuring 6mm across, with gold corona. Up to 30 flowers per umbel. Sweet fragrance. Flowers last for up to 7 days.
Sun exposure: Medium to bright indirect light will sun-stress the foliage.
Water requirement: Prefers well-draining, open mix. Water less in winter.
Maintenance: Low. Half strength doses of fertiliser in growing period.
Special note: WAOL permitted. A Hoya lacunosa ssp. pallidiflora X Hoya obscura hybrid. Intermediate hoya: best suited to temperatures between 15-35C.
