Hoya sigillatis Borneo (wide leaf) H401

Splendorous chubby leaves, generously flecked with silver, measuring up to 5cm x 3cm. Sun loving – foliage turns glorious shades of red in bright light.

Blooms: Creamy-white coloured, strongly reflexed flower, looking spherical in shape with fine fuzz, 10mm across, with a red-centred yellow corona. Up to 30 flowers per umbel. Light sweet fragrance. Flowers last up to 7 days.
Sun exposure: Best in bright, indirect light.
Water requirement: Prefers well-draining open mix. Water less in winter.
Maintenance: Low. Half strength doses of fertiliser in growing period.
Special note: WAOL permitted. Intermediate hoya: best suited to warm temperatures between 15-35C.
