Hoya pubicorolla ssp. anthracina 'Black Dragon' H308

Black is beautiful! Thought to produce the closest to black flowers in the world of hoyas.

Beautiful, plain lime green leaves which are thick, glossy and become firm with age, up to 12cm x 3.5cm in size.

Blooms: Deep burgundy / black flowers, measuring 15mm, with pink-centred cream corona. Up to 30 flowers per umbel. Lovely fragrance. Flowers last for up to 7 days.
Sun exposure: Requires bright but indirect lighting conditions.
Water requirement: Prefers well-drained loose mix. Water less in winter.
Maintenance: Low. Half strength doses of fertiliser in growing period.
Special note: Collector’s No. 166. WAOL permitted. The true 'Black Dragon' has absolutely no markings on its foliage. Cool hoya: best suited to temperatures between 10-25C.
