Uniquely-shaped foliage – uniquely-shaped blooms!

Large, concave leaves which are cabbage-like and tightly compressed. Deep purple spots on the underside.

Blooms: Reflexed, upright ivory-cream flowers, measuring 25mm across, with red-centred white corona. Up to 15 flowers per umbel. Gentle sweet-smelling fragrance. Flowers last for up to 7 days.
Sun exposure: Prefers bright indirect light. Loves heat and humidity.
Water requirement: Prefers well-draining open mix. Water less in winter.
Maintenance: Low. Half strength doses of fertiliser in growing period.
Special note: WAOL permitted. Full name - Hoya mitrata Malay Peninsula IML 1563. Warm hoya: best suited to warm temperatures between 21-35C.
