Hoya 'Iris Marie' IML 0000 H202

A fast grower. Great beginner's hoya.

Bushy growth habit with oval-shaped leaves measuring up to 6.5cm x 3.5cm. Immature foliage is lovely bronze colour.

Blooms: Glorious white star-shaped flowers, measuring 25mm across, with dark pink corona. Up to 9 flowers per umbel. Very fragrant blooms.
Sun exposure: Bright indirect light. Flowers best under higher levels of sunshine.
Water requirement: Enjoys more water than the average hoya. Prefers well-draining open mix. Water less in winter.
Maintenance: Low. Half strength doses of fertiliser in growing period.
Special note: Named in honour of our very own Iris Marie Liddle. A H. leucorhoda IML 0518 X H. odorata IML 0189. Cool hoya: best suited to temperatures between 10-25C.
