Hoya javanica Java IML 1814 H377

Thin, dark green leaves with sporadic splash, measuring 14cm x 5cm.

Blooms: Reflexed, rocket-shaped flowers measuring 29mm, white with yellow tips. White corona with dark red centre. Pubescent at the junction of corona and corolla. Up to 30 flowers per umbel. Light sweet fragrance. Flowers last up to 12 days.
Sun exposure: Requires bright and warm growing conditions.
Water requirement: Grows well when watered frequently. Water less in winter.
Maintenance: Low. Half strength doses of fertilise in warmer months.
Special note: WAOL permitted. Grows happily on a large trellis. Similar to Hoya multiflora; one difference being that this girl distinctly wears a fur muff! Intermediate hoya: best suited to temperatures between 15-35C.
