Hoya benitotanii IML 1830 H220

Beautiful leaves, thick and succulent, shiny and lightly veined, measuring 14cm x 5cm, which start out heavily marked with red and become plain green upon maturity.

Blooms: Revolute butter-yellow flowers, up to 7mm in diameter, with lighter yellow corona. Up to 30 flowers per umbel. Lovely, light citrus fragrance. Flowers last up to 7 days.
Sun exposure: Flowers well in lots of bright, indirect light.
Water requirement: Water thoroughly and allow to dry out. Prefers well-draining open mix. Water less in winter.
Maintenance: Low. Grows best supported on a trellis. Half strength doses of fertiliser in growing period.
Special note: WAOL permitted. Full name - Hoya benitotanii Philippines IML 1830.  Formerly known as H. gigantangensis. Intermediate hoya: best suited to temperatures between 15-35C.
